Toilets or urinals and why ?
If you were building your own home, would you place 2 toilets in the bathrooms or a toilet and a urinal ? A urinal would use less water and keep the ladies happier ...you know that seat up or down stuff .... think about it before you answer !
Don't forget this is a single private home and not a bar or restaurant, the smell should not be that bad with just a few men using the urinal !

A properly installed urinal will not smell any worse than a toilet.
You do not want two toilets side by side. If you want one for each, you should build a split bathroom. One side for him and one for her. That's usually a sink and toilet on either side of a shower/ bathtub.
In upscale homes and Europe you would more likely find a toilet and bidet side by side. If you really want to keep your woman happy, that's the way.
Never understood bidets? You don't think the rich and powerful wipe their butts like the rest of us do you? Of course not.

Toilets, but the men have theirs and the Women have another...The House would have at least 3 full baths...

Personally I wouldn't put a urinal in my bathroom. Doesn't look very nice, does it? And if you ever sell your house it may turn potential buyers off. Just a thought!

Why do you need two different receptacles?
That's twice the cleaning, more initial investment and more space used (unless your place is huge!).
Maybe just go with the toilet?

I'd just install one of those piss troughs like you see at a ball park or stadium. throw a piece plywood with a hole cut out of it on top for the ol' lady and you're good to go.
