Yes, the Heavyweight title is basically the TPW World Heavyweight Championship.
And yes, Austin and Shawn can have a rematch, but, let me just set down a few guidelines for other things.
Any match that's not a Title Match has a 45 minute time limit(This equates to 22 and a half minutes real time, as the game time to real time is 2:1), Title Matches have a full 60 minute time limit. However, there are a bunch of cases(As in some PPV matches), where there MUST be a winner(Let's say Austin/Shawn draws next show, there may be a ppv match with no time limit.)
As of right now, I have NO clue who's getting the title shot, because I need to gauge activity for a few weeks before I be sure. Best way to have a shot, is to continue promoing.
Oh, yeah, before I forget, ALL PPV'S will be recorded, but, obviously, because of time and space, there won't be that many weekly shows recorded, because of well... It takes an hour to get a ten minute video to work, and this doesn't include the upload time.
There will be detailed results for weekly shows, probably a five to seven line paragraph, depending on the length of the match.

Can Shawn and Austin have a rematch next week? if so, here's my after match promo:
Shawn- Austin, I have to admit, that was a great match. Especially on the first night, we put up a hell of a fight. But, if either of us want to get credit, we need a winner. So why don't we do this again next week, so I can put you down like I should have tonight. If you accept this, we'll definitely have another great match, but instead of us walking away with a draw, I'll be super-kicking your face right to hell. If you think so, give me a hell ya!! HAHA

This just shows that whatever obstacles I'll face in this business, I WILL overcome them, even if it's beating that fatso Big Van Vader. I promise to all of you fans, I will become the first ever...TPW CHAMPION!!(if that's the name of the title)(this doesn't mean he has to be in the first World title shot, it's just a promo)
