How to explain the rule of rounding the currency in Swiss franc?

Hello, I need your help...

How can I explain to a customer that the currency CHF will be either rounded down or up? Its really difficult to explain that and I have no idea >_<

    Well that's easy. It is the same as the American system. If the amount is .50 or higher it is rounded up, if it is .49 or less it is rounded down.
