Is there a ring tone maker app on the Iphone 3G that doesn't use Itunes to make them?

I had one before but lost it. I need an app that makes ring tones from my songs without using Itunes. Please please help

I specifically asked if there's an APP, not an internet website. And I also said I want one that DOESN'T USE ITUNES. Can't you people read?

    Ventones is a website that you can use to make a ringtone of any music file you have on your computer. You make it there then can use iTunes to sync it to your iPhone.

    You click on the little bell next to the song and it will convey you to a window the place you are able to p.c.. which 0:30 seconds you like of the song to be your ringtone. (It value 0.ninety 9) Then as quickly as you're executed, you plug on your iphone and sync it, and it will then be on your iphone. pass to settings and click sounds, ringtone and it is quite self-explanatory then.
