So this surgery costs around 3k so what kind of credit card should I get? It's just going to be for this one sugery.

If you mean corrective surgery as in plastic surgery, I think the Dr will have financing options you can use.
Obviously, if you can qualify for a credit card that will give you a 3k balance, try to go for one that has the lowest interest rate if you cannot pay this off right away.

The type of card you can get will be dictated by your income and credit rating.
A general rule: Avoid using credit cards to finance anything. If you're going to get this elective plastic surgery done anyway, then get a traditional bank loan. Otherwise, only go through when you have the cash to pay for it.
