Why would somebody prescribe Viagra for a dog?

And before you all point out the obvious reason, the dog in question is neutered.

I have a new client that dropped a dog off for boarding tonight and among his many medications is a vial of Viagra.  Prescribed in the dog's name and with a dosage written on the drop off form, so I know its not just a case of the human's meds getting packed with the dog's. I'll ask the boss tomorrow morning but right now not knowing is driving me crazy, so anybody know? Or have any ideas?
