What are the best songs and albums of 2010?

I won't go in to songs, but albums..

Two of the best albums in the last 10 years IMHO:

"Diamond Eyes" Deftones-Deftones back on their game. They've gone through a mess of emotions an dchanges in the last two years. This album shows that.

"Option Paralysis" The Dillinger Escape Plan- Also back on their game. "Ire Works" was a bit of a disappointment for a Dillinger fan that expects them to push the envelope. "Option Paralysis" did just that.

Honorable mention:

Bleeding Through's Self-Titled- ALSO back on their game. Album before was so-so. Self-titled was a blast to listen to.

"Bears, Mayors, Scraps and Bones" Cancer Bats-Because Cancer Bats are a very entertaining band. And because they are awesome. And they covered Beastie Boys' "Sabotage."

As far as songs go, I'd take a couple from Deftones and a couple from Dillinger.

well right now can only think of one album that would be popular: Streets of Gold by 3OH!3. i think it'll still be great in 10 years time, coz their songs never get old. OH! and P!nk will still be famous 50 years from now unlike ALL of the singers/bands of today so her single Raise Your Glass will still be popular in 10 yrs. Hope this helps!
