music clip with Johnny depp?

search the name of a musicvideo:joug woman meets a man (johnny depp? but not sure...) in a store in the cd-area.they have deep eye contact but she is too shy and when he´s gone she searches for him but cant find him. couldnt find any video with johnny (just the old one Tom Petty - Into the great wide open but thats not the one!), sound is a little like melancholic rock...placebo, coldplay,muse...with a short title i think something with "e"... thanks a lot!
