Can I use Scrubbing Bubbles to clean my fridge?

I wouldn't. I love Scrubbing Bubbles for the bathroom, but for the fridge I would recommend mixing vinegar and baking soda. Use a fresh sponge (or the one you use for the dishes). This way there is nothing toxic that could leach into your food. Vinegar is a natural antibacterial. The baking soda provides a slight (but not too harsh) grittiness that helps clean away anything suck on. It also absorbs odors, which can help in the fridge. Another option is warm water & dish soap. Again, this is non toxic and cleans well.

I wouldn't recommend it. The plastic can absorb the fragrance from the cleaner. The fragarance can come back out of the plastic and be absorbed into the food.

A paste made from baking soda and warm water works well. Use Windex on gals shelves or if they are heavily soiled, use dish washing liquid. Use dish washing liquid to clean the drawers and clear plastic.
