Why won't my phone send pictures to Snapfish?

I keep getting a text back that says exactly this:

"This Message was undeliverable due to the following reason:

Each of the following recipients was rejected by a remote mail server. The reasons given by the server are included to help you determine why each recipient was rejected.

Recipient: <save@mysnapfish.com>

Reason: 5.7.1

<save@mysnapfish.com> ... Relaying denied. Proper authentication required."

What do I do to fix this?

Hi.  I previously responded saying I don't have an answer.  But I just contacted snapfish support.  They told me that there is a technical error with mobile upload, and their engineers are trying to fix the problem.  They advised that I wait 1-2 days.
