Walmart Money Card customer support Number?

Question

I have purchased a Walmart Visa Card. unfortunately there are some problems with the Card,  and I need to speak with a Customer Support agent.  I have called the 1877- Number on the card several times now and never actually got to speak to anyone, its all automated service. Does anyone have a number for an actual Customer support agent?

If you are disputing a transaction you will have to write a letter. Per their web site:

If you wish to dispute a transaction that has posted to your statement, please write us a letter. We're sorry, but Walmart MoneyCard cannot accept e-mail or telephone correspondence for transaction disputes. Walmart MoneyCard will respond to all dispute requests w/in 10 business days of receipt of the letter. 

In your letter, please describe the transaction you are disputing and why you believe this transaction is incorrect. You will also need to provide the following information in your communication to Walmart MoneyCard. 

 - Your name on the account 
 - Your account number 
 - Your address 
 - Your phone number 
 - Your password 
 - Your e-mail address 

Send letter to:

P.O. Box 1187
Monrovia, CA 91017
