As pretty much everyone before me answered its Hairography!

Summary of that episode (don't read if you're going to watch the episode soon, and don't want to spoil it!)

New Directions holds a scrimmage for the two other teams they'll be competing against at Sectionals. The Jane Adams Academy uses - according to Rachel - Hairography to cover up the fact that they can't really dance. But Mr. Shuester is nervous about their chances at Sectionals, and has the New Directions kids perform a Hairography number for the School of the Deaf kids as part of the scrimmage. It was basically a total fail, and all the kids embarrassed themselves. Then, when the school of the deaf kids stand up to perform their number its really touching and Will realizes his mistake in making the kids do hairography.

Meanwhile, Quinn is distracting Finn - by having Kurt give Rachel a makeover so she's more noticable - so she can spend time with Puck. (that's when Kurt gives Rachel the makeover!)

Of season 1, there are too many i love. I really like Preggers, though, but there are plenty more. In season 2, definitely Original Song and Never Been Kissed (Kurt lover over here, lol).

Hairography of course! It was on Fox last night and then Rocky Horror Glee Show is on next Tuesday.
