Synchronizing my Iphone 3GS with a new PC-will I really lose ALL my data?

Well, I forgot to backup my Iphone in time because I am one of those people who think that their computer will work forever. In fact, it didn´t. So, when my computer did not work anymore, I had to configure the operating system from scratch which meant that my ITunes including all data was deleted. After all, I decided to buy a new computer, installed ITunes BUT my Iphone is still connected to another media center, the old one. So, if I synchronize my Iphone 3GS with the newly installed Itunes, all my data will be lost. In fact, I found a way to keep photographs, and maybe also at least some music. But all my Apps, all my contacts, all my notices, all my adjustments will be deleted during the new synchronization.

Does anybody here know a way to initialize a backup of my Iphone on my computer an reinstall all data later on ITunes??? I looked for software on Google and all I found was Copytrans but this software just seems to work for the music data. Please, help me....I mean, I really love my Iphone but the dependence on ITunes and only ITunes is awful!

Update:

But when I start ITunes and the synchronization, ITunes tells me that my Iphone is still connected to an old media center. If I really want to synchronize my Iphone with the new media center ALL my data will be deleted. It rellay says that at the beginning. And I cannot push a transfer button or something like that.

Update 2:

And, above all...it is not only music or photographs that I want to backup. It is all other data as well. Contacts, Phone numbers, Notices, and also my APPS.... all software found on the web helps you to restore music or video or photo, but what about the rest??

    No, you want lose any of your personal data as long as you tell it not to. You can sync to a new computer, and it'll backup your contacts via iTunes. as for your apps, when you connect for the first time, make sure you select "Transfer" to make sure it'll transfer new settings to the new computer.

    you are able to lose some stuff on your telephone. so it can be a good suggestion to characteristic your stuff on the laptop in case of an emergency then jailbreak it. yet to be sure which you to jailbreak it look at my source
