Don't wear Justin Bieber T-shirts, that might freak him out. Pair up a cute semi-dressy shirt with skinny jeans(that's what I would do) accessorize with headbands,bracelets, and necklaces but don't over do it. His favorite color is purple but he thinks girls look cute in blue. Maybe you could make up your own lyrics to one of his songs. Like instead of "Favorite Girl" do "Favorite Boy" or change the lyrics to Pick Me,even though it hasn't been released because it was leaked online it's really easy to change the lyrics "You should pick me tell me can you dig it, I'll always be your #1 fan and you could be my one and only man" something like that. Remember SMILE, Justin loves girls who smile.

Wear something casual and cool

Just be urself but don't go fan-girl crazy. Act nice and cool, and say how much u adore him, but don't go to far.

If you want him to remember you then kiss him! lol. im sure a lot of girls do that. wear a nice but casual dress. (it would be hilarious if you played with his hair)
