Sims 2: Will sims mourn for their baby?

My married sims both wish for a baby, but I want them to focus on their skills, jobs and aspirations (plus, it annoys me that sims always leave the babies on the floor so I have to go and look for them)
But if I don't let them have one, I won't get the aspiration points.

So I thought I'll let them have one, and then delete it with moveobjects on (yeeaaah I'm horrible and never should be allowed to have kids in real life, I know, I know)
But if it makes them sad and they mourn for days and probably lose aspiration points I won't do it and just hope they'll forget about babies someday...
When I let the grim reaper take the sister of my sim, she seemed to be coping fine though, she only cried once and then moved on... 

can anyone tell me what will happen if I delete the baby?

When you delete a baby, the next time you will play that family the baby will be back. 

I don't know if there's any other way to kill a baby, I guess you'll have to wait until he's a teen. Or you can try not to feed the baby and the social worker will take him.

The best way is to use cheat ''boolprop testingcheatsenabled true'', hold Ctrl and click on that want. The want will fulfill and sim will get aspiration points, but nothing else will happen. Do it every time your sim gets that want.
