Trying to Lose Weight?

First off I'm not a very large person but I do have some problem areas. I am a 5'2" female and weigh about 145 lbs. I have been doing an exercising program since June and played high school volleyball for 4 years so I am pretty active. I have not lost any weight since starting the program 3 months ago. I paid for a 6 month program but here it is half way through and I haven't lost a pound. I know that muscle weighs more than fat. But I haven't lost inches either. Actually I can't fit into the jeans and slacks that I wore in May. So here is my question...is there a diet pill that will aid with the exercise but not have a diuretic effect, will help and then if I quit taking it will not make me put the pounds back on, and is completely safe? If it has all natural substances would also be a plus. Is there one out there?

Fix times to have meals and stick to it. Try to have food at fixed times of the day. You can stretch these times by half an hour, but anything more than that is going to affect your eating pattern, the result will either be a loss of appetite or that famished feeling which will make you stuff yourself with more than what is required the next time you eat.

Eat only when you are hungry. Some of us have the tendency to eat whenever we see food. We use parties as an excuse to stuff our selves. Understand that the effect of a whole week of dieting can be wasted by just one day’s party food. Whenever you are offered something to eat do not decline it completely bit just break of a nibble so that you appear to mind your manners and at the same time can watch your diet.

The best way to lose weight or maintain a healthy weight is through changing your eating habits and exercising regularly.

    1. Choose whole grains.

    2. Drink plenty of water.

    3. Choose lean meats and fish.

    4. Know the portion sizes for your calorie target.

    5. Limit fats to an average of 15 grams per meal.

    6. Choose fresh fruits and vegetables whenever possible.

    7. Work out for no less that 45 minutes, 4-5 days a week.

    8. Select foods with less than 3 grams of fat per 100 calories.

    9. Choose pretzels, baked chips, fat-free popcorn instead of fries and chips.

    10. Avoid foods with partially hydrogenated oils, trans-fats and high-fructose corn syrup.

    11. Choose cereal, bread, crackers or chips that contain 2 or more grams of fiber per 100 calories.

    12. Choose fat-free or low-fat variety of foods especially when it comes to dairy products (milk, cheese, and yogurt).

I wouldn't really recommend fad diet pills cause weight loss is only effective when you're on them. I've read online about how omega-3 supplements can aid in fat loss, with exercise of course.
