One team you didn't mention were the Dudebusters ans I think they should be the ones to face the Hart Dynasty. In terms of tag teams, they really do work well together. If not them then Santino and Kozlov because I could go for a good laugh.

I think Drew McIntyre & "Dashing" Cody Rhodes, because it looks like they have good chemistry with eachother. I think they could be a great tag team in the future, because they're equally arrogant and sarcastic.

To be honest none of those, those three tag teams that you mention are make-shift tag teams that gets broken up a couple months after they pair up. So I'd go with either the Gatecrashers, Curt Hawkins and Vance Archer or the Dudebusters, Caylen Croft and Trent Baretta real tag teams that WWE should use more often.
