Is this PUPPS pregnancy rash?

Question

Ok, so I read quite a bit on this and it sounds a lot like what I may have.
PUPP is a rash you get from pregnancy, it is rare but happens to many. I have it everywhere possible but my face, hands and neck. It is very itchy and bothersome.
It can be mistaken for hives which I think my doctor might have done.
PLEASE help.

You may have it, but they don't do anything much for it.  

The second link below indicates a liver disorder that occurs with pregnancy that includes both a rash and itching (itching even without the rash). If your background is Nordic, you might want to consider getting it checked out. I live in the land of Germans and Scandinavians, so doctors here know to consider it.
