How do you call your loved one?

Every guy goes through this. And the names you mentioned do get old. However, it is my suggestion you try to come up with this moniker WITH your honey since it is what you will call her for a very long time.(hopefully) think you need to realize that it is she who must be comfortable with this name. Also know this is an age old quest. Check this out. I did a search for cute pet love names. The names we are discussing here. There were literally hundreds of thousands of pages for such. But the thing which occurred to me was this. The name for which you settle must work at times of stress. If you are trying to make a point where something is at stake, such as why going out with the guys is a good thing, calling her Pookie in a kind of whiny tone doesn't seem to have the same cache as say her given proper name. Every kid in the world wanted never to hear his Mom say his full name. That ALWAYS meant trouble. So something to think about. Be careful with whatever you choose because if it sticks you are stuck with it. And NEVER give her a name you have used before as this just invites the gods getting the two of them in the same room and talking. I know, I know this just doesn't happen! Though I guarantee I have seen it happen in real life and you can invite it if you are not careful. Best of luck.
