Why are alot of products from China sub-standard? Reason I ask this is because of below ref. article.?

Chinese products are manufactured by what is the equivalent of slave labor. The average Chinese person makes a little under the equivalent of $3500.00 (U.S.) per year while the greedy billionaires of China add more to their accounts.

Chinese goods are sold very cheaply all around the world because there are no laws in place to protect the Chinese worker, to force greedy corporate barons to pay a decent wage, or to maintain standards of safety in their finished good.

China is taking over the world market and has recently become the world's 2nd largest economy (which has been increasing at a rate of about 10% per year) but remember, that increase is built on the backs of slaves and "citizens" who have no choice.

So much for socialism as a system "for the people".
