Weather the company uses a WYSIWYG editor or not is regardless.

When you are buying a website or rather - having one custom made you are paying for that website, no matter the tools that the designer uses.

Also - even those who use these editors generally already have a design built in Photoshop, Gimp, or some other graphics editor, and they use that editor just to place it together.

On to the price...

Depending on if you are buying from an independent, and how much experience they have, and of course, what country your in (assuming your buying locally) it can vary.

For a 5-Page website it can be from $500 - $5000+.

The Higher end of this bracket you will generally see from development firms that normally work with large companies.

The lower end will be someone with less experience and/or in a very competitive area.

There are many facets to the price of a website, especially custom ones, that the price can range so greatly.
