Internet explorer not working. Please help!!!!?

Hi distant_foe,

You can try to disable your add-ons and see if that helps - Click the Start button, click All Programs, click Accessories, click System Tools, and then click Internet Explorer (No Add-ons).

If that does not help, you can reset your Internet Explorer to the default settings by following these steps:

1. Close all Internet Explorer windows

2. Re-open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button, and then clicking Internet Explorer.

3. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.

4. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset.

5. You will need to close out of IE and reopen to see your changes.

You cant uninstall Internet Explorer, it is built into the Operating System.

Try right clicking on the icon and click Run As Admin.

When you get it working i would recommend downloading FireFox. It is another web browser but it is much much better than internet explorer and much faster.

People thing Internet Explorer is the only one they can use and should use just because its already on the PC :P

Repair the internet.

There should be an icon of two computers down the bottom of the screen and when you right-click it, it should come up with a little drop down box saying repair.

Click repair and see what happens. Should help you.
