Where is room for improvement, what can I change and how good are my chances?

First Team:
You're hurting at WR. Welker may not come back 100%, Jackson's suspended for 4 games, and not much of a bench there either. You need some depth at RB. You only have two.

Second Team:
I like this team a whole lot better. You have tremendous depth at WR with Holmes and Henderson. But just like your first team you need another RB. I would suggest trading Flacco and the Giants DST for a good RB. (You don't need three QBs and two defenses)

   not the best rbs,,          all wrs are questionable ,,      good te       ,,          like romo and flacco  ,,   good defense,,      ok back ups

both teams are about the same    2nd team is a little better
