I toke a online survey and now getting charged 10 dollars a month?

it happen around 2 months ago and i was being stupid and wasnt thinking about it and i toke this survey which later ask my for my cell phone number. i didnt think anything about it and entered it and now im getting charge 10$ a month for nothing. should change numbers or cancel my cell phone for a little while?

Call your cell phone provider and tell them you want the that service cancelled.
