yo, i have to get surgery done and its gonna be around 3000 bucks and I need to put it on a card, soooooo what do i do

Call the place where you will be getting it done - is it a doctors office?
Usually they have a type of credit you can use.
I think its called Care One Credit Card.
Apply before the surgery - today so you can be approved soon.
Call them up and ask them if they offer this.
Unfortunately if this is your first card, any card you get is likely to have a low limit.
It is doubtful to start out at $3,000 unless you make over 40K a year for your first card.
Consider going to your bank and asking for a loan.
A personal loan will require some collateral, do you have a car paid off?
Do not do anything online for this.

I guess you hand them your credit card and tell them to charge it.
You don't HAVE to put it on your credit card, you are CHOOSING to. You could get an extra job, cut back on expenses, or you could have chosen to save up an emergency fund for stuff like this. No one is forced to charge things.
