How would you accessorize this?

Question

You can't pick clothes or anything, it's a uniform.  Bright red.  
You aren't allowed to have visible jewelry other than stud earrings.  
Skirt is grey with pleats.
My only hopes are hair, hair accessories, makeup and bags.
No carrying backpacks or big purses around.  (It would have to be a TINY coin purse type thing, crossbody?)
The shirts are polos or v neck sweaters.  (they provide them, so I cant buy something slightly different)
and the skirt HAS to be grey, HAS to be pleated, and it has to be a certain shade.
No stick-out makeup (colorful eyeshadow, purple eyeliner, red lipstick, etc.) or unnatural hair colors.
Hair has to be down, or up in a bun, ponytail or braid.  (No pigtails, beads, colorful barettes, etc.)
Headbands have to be solid colored.
What am I supposed to WEAR? XD
So, I pretty much need cute coin purses (that have a strap) cute shades of nail polish (they cant be bright or stick out) Jewelry is limited to 1 ring and stud earrings.  No flip flops or heels over 2 in.  no slippers or house shoes.  Belts have to be black or brown, you can only wear them within the belt loops (no loops, no belt)  belt has to have a classic silver or gold color buckle.

Nail polish:
 - OPI Princesses Rule       (sparkly light pink)

Sounds just like the school I went to.
How about a plain CLOTH little bag that has a 
cross body strap.
Sew different buttons all over the cloth bag. Make
a pattern with the buttons that means something to you.
I did this when I was in school one million years ago.
But, since the nuns had no rule for this kind of "art"
they had to let it pass.
Good luck. Remember you will not be in this school
forever and when you graduate you can really express
your distinct fashion image.
Also, what about socks? Do they have rules for those?
If not, wear two on each foot, different colors.

Is this a school or a JAIL???!!
Well, you can groe your nails a bit and then use white nail polish, french manicure style.
And you can get small temporary tattoos on your ankles, which you can show off to ur frnds and then cover up with socks.
Also what about an assortment of funky badges on ur bag.
Or a string of beads attaches to ur zips
U can wear ur skirt, low waist and short in length, beleive me, short pleated skirts luk sexy, ul get the guys drooling!
and fold up the sleeves of ur shirt to show off arms
straighten ur hair
and another thing..................
YOU DONT HAVE TO FOLLOW ALL RULES!!!!!!!!!

I'm more of a skirt and dress type of woman. I favor skirts that are about knee-length though

If you have nice thighs to put them on maybe its cause there exposing its more sexy than pants and you simply get somewhat more attention looking at them
