Stores that send text alerts and discounts?

I like a lot of stores. I will go just about anywhere. I need OFFICIAL alerts from the actual store website, please. I already know American Eagle has it, any other stores? I like-

Hollister, Abercrombie, Aeropostale, Justice, Gordmans, Walmart, Target, Wetseal, Forever21, Delias, Charlotte Russe, Rue 21, Urban Outfitters, JCPenney, Macys, Dillards, Sears, and many more.

    I know JCPenny has it, but I'm not sure of the number you have to text to get the alerts. But I'm 100% possitive.
