how long do you think Raoul Mout will take until his surrenders?

He's going to end up shooting himself, just a matter of when I think. He hasn't got any other real option unless he mans up and trys to shoot at trained firearms experts(which he is probably to cowardly to do).

I think he's clearly seriously mentally ill and I hope his adrenaline/fury/fear/whatever will run out, he'll get the inevitable slump after that and he will drop his guard just enough for the police to do their job and he'll be taken into custody and I don't see it lasting too much longer but what do I know, I'm hardly an expert. I think he clearly wants to end his life and will be trying to cajole the police into some sort of shoot-out which will either result in fatal injury to himself, or to a 'take-down' shot that he can somehow throw himself in front. I think he's probably viewing a prison sentence as more reason to end his life- he must know he's not going to get out of this, and the inevitable prison/secure hospital sentence will hardly be an incentive to give himself up.

He knows that he is surrounded and that he has had his last taste of freedom so I think if he was serious about shooting himself he would have done it by now. If I was the police commander I would end this stand-off nonsense by sending in a mace armed robotic vehicle, a packbot or whatever similar robotic vehicle the swat team uses, and mace him.

can someone tell me why a plane is flying overhead , how much is this incompetence is costing no doubt the Police will create some spin to cover up there inability to detect him even though they have ussubstantialial resources to try find him and this is all for one man

Good thing gun ownership is outlawed in england. Clearly it keeps violent crimes down. Oh wait criminals will get their hands on them anyway so it just leaves the innocents defenseless.
