I heard of something of the sort. I was wondering what it was. And, what are the criteria for it?

Yahoo Town Hall only had one 6-month 'session', a long while ago, then was 'temporarily' suspended (kind of like a YA account, huh?). Due to the other issues the site was facing at the time (layoffs, etc.), I don't anticipate that it will return.
Since members were required to sign 'nondisclosure agreements', they probably will not be able to talk about it, even at this point.

At one time the staff created a panel of users to give feedback for the site through online meetings or "Town Hall". I think it was abandoned soon after they formed it. They probably realized they didn't have the staff or more likely, they really did not want the feedback.People asked about it, but the staff just pretended it didn't exist.
