If George W. Bush had created the position of 32 Czars (and climbing) who report directly to him,?
bypassing the House and Senate on much of what is happening in America , would you have approved?
true Bush did, however his were appointed over a span of a 8 year period of time, served their purpose and left...Obama's were appointed over span of months and there appears no conclusion as to when they will leave...the smart bet says they do not go until Obama goes.....
g - only the history books will reveal whether these appointees are friends of the Amrican people or foes of the American people....from what I have seen at this point - I am leaning toward the foe argument.

Actually, George W. Bush DID create the positions known now as "Czars." No one really noticed because no one really cared. Know why? It's mainly because "Czar" is nothing more than a fancy name for "adviser." Obama and Bush both had advisers they appointed, and since they went straight to the president rather than go through the House and Senate, people had a hissy fit the moment Obama tried to put them in. The problem is, being an adviser, none of these people have any actual power accorded to them. They can give recommendations, but they don't have the ability to do anything beyond that. So would I have approved? I did approve. So did you.
Edit: Proof now linked for your viewing pleasure. Interestingly enough, of the 32 that you talk about Obama "appointing", only 8 were appointed directly by the president. Bush appointed 35, a total above even that of the misleading 32 that you've provided.
Edit #2: Um...each new president gets to choose a certain number of advisers once they get into office. The same applies for those brought in by other parts of the government, like Congress. Even if they don't go until Obama goes, why does that matter? They're advisers. They can stay as long as he wants them to stay. That doesn't cause problems.

you seem to be focusing on the NUMBER of czars than what they have actually done wrong... which leads me to think... you don't really have anything on them?

Bush created lots of "czar" positions, and so did Reagan, Bush I, and Nixon (and Clinton and Carter).
I don't know if Bush created more or less than 32 czars, and I'm not sure why the exact number matters.

but now is totally acceptable.. like waiting for 70 days to accept help from other countries on the oil spill...
