Why does my computer stop opening windows?
i just installed windows 7 a week ago, now everyday so far I've had to restart my CPU due to not being able to open any program.(ie. Internet explorer, windows media, windows explorer) they will all work just fine for a while, then all of a sudden nothing opens.
please help, thanks

AMD athlon(tm) 64 dual Core processor 4600+ 2.40 GHz
2.00 GB Ram
32 bit operating system
I use AVG free 9.0, Advanced System Care Pro and IObit Security 360

You have the worst security on the planet.
First of all and most important: Get rid of all of IObit's software. Advanced System Care is untrustworthy. I can't even think of how many times people have came to me with problems because it deleted important registry entries. IObit Security doesn't detect crap.
Get rid of AVG too.
Go to Control Panel, System and Security, Action Center, Troubleshooting. Run a scan and see if it finds any problems.
If that doesn't fix the problem, make sure your Windows 7 is a GENUINE version and not pirated.
If it is, run some scans with Microsoft Security Essentials, Avira, Malwarebytes (not at the same time) and see if they remove any problems.
If all else fails, download HijackThis and e-mail me your log. rondo341@gmail.com
