Cost for Heroes of Newerth (HON)?

Hi there,

I recently read a lot about HON, yet much to my annoyance, one information is missing (even in Wikipedia):

How much does playing cost!?

It seems I pay an first-off/entry fee like for WoW (which I don't play!), do I also pay an additional monthly fee like in Wow? I find it unacceptable that the HON developers, when you start to "purchase an account" don't show the price you have to pay in the first place nor on the first page!!

So thanks for helping me out.

I'm sorry for your trouble, I actually work for S2 Games.  I'll let them know about the price not showing up.

Anyway, HoN is a one-time fee of $30USD.  There are no monthly fees, no membership fees, nothing.  Just that one-time fee and you own the account for life.

Hon is 10x better than league of legends, HoN is based off of dota so it will have similaritys to that games characters and then newer ones, and i believe hon is 30$ not 40$. HoN also has way better graphics and stuff that dota, deffinatly get HoN if you liked dota or still play it.
