Where can i buy a drum set on a rack?

they dont really sell drums like that anywhere..... if you want the rack, you will have to buy it separately. its really not hard though. most drum kits come "skins only" anyways, meaning you would have to buy the hardware. instead of buying stands, just buy a rack. ive never heard of a stock drum kit coming with a rack, so you will have to solve that one on your own.

Not sure if you can tell by the little avatar I have, but I use the Pearl rack system. Like Mike said, they don't sell kits that come with a rack system. If you want a rack system just buy a shell pack instead of a complete set since the rack will use different cymbal stands. You can just pull the top half out of a regular stand, but it doesn't look quite as slick as the stands made for the rack. It doesn't really matter if a set comes with the rack or not. Just order everything separately, no big deal. You can find a set with a rack in many larger music stores. They have just purchased the set and rack and put them together for display or whatever, but they'll sell you the whole setup. I love the rack system. I had mine custom wired so that I have 12 XLR inputs around the rack to plug mics into and then one multi-pin out of the rack so I can have my own snake running to the PA rather than a bunch of mic cables. Also great for outdoor gigs on windy days...no more blown over cymbal stands.
