a car shipped in a container can be disharged at any seaport. but paraguay is an inland port obviously as it sits beside brazil and above argentina. therefore you can go via the brazilian port of santos, or via argentina's buenos aires port. it depends where you are nearer. you should consult a forwarding company, i belong to one.
