I want to change the cursor for the entire page?
ok i have a custom cursor that i want to have on the entire page not only areas. i managed to put the cursor in but it only shows up on the top left and right, it wont show up on the picture(link).
how do i make it show up on the rest of the page even if there is nothing.
it only shows up on the internet explorer on my pc

You've applied the cursor style to the body element, but you didn't set body's height, so it only extends as far as the content it contains. If you set body's height to, e.g., 100%, the body element will extend to the bottom of the browser window and your custom cursor will be visible. Note that you might want to tweak some attributes like margin and padding.
