The ultimate Willpower test...?

I am about to face the biggest mental challenge in my life yet

I'm 17years old and I am going to not masturbate for 30 Days

I just want to prove to myself that I can stay away from it ( used to do it 3-4 times a day on average )

Any advise for the upcoming month is welcome

and if you think you also have incredible willpower then you should also try giving up one of your favorite things even if its just for a month
