I want my hair like this... Does my hair have to be permed for this look? How long does my hair have to be for this? Because its shoulder length but its thick.
Also, my skin tone is like Beyonce's and I'm thinking of changing my hair color or at least adding highlights or some sort of color... What color do you prefer? I also want a natural color. Not like pink or blue
My hair is a dark brown...A lot of people said I should get honey brown highlights....

No you don't have to perm your hair. Just use perm rods. They look like this: http://www.worldwidebeautystore.com/shopping/color...
and they come in various sizes. You might want to buy the smaller ones for that look and you should probably buy many packs. They're basically hair rollers and they give you spiral curls like the ones shown in your picture. They're sold at Sally Beauty Supply Store and other local beauty supply stores.
What color is your hair? Is it Black? Dark Brown? Medium Brown? I would say try some honey highlights if your hair is light-med brown. If your hair is black, try some brown highlights.

Yeah, you would haveto get it permed if you want to get that sort of hairstyle, but you will not be able to wash your hair for atleast 24 hours or they will come out of tact.
