In tornado warning-where do I go in basement?!?
Okay, so we have a tornado warning, but for some reason, if we have to go to teh basement, where do I go?
Under the stairs
Or
Under the pool table?
PLEASE HELP!
Sadly, theres no bathroom in the basement
And
I have a bunny, who dosent stay still, no matter what, I have a small (carrying) cage for her, should I put her in that? If I dont, she'll run away from me
And I live in rhode Island, We rarely get tornados, but we still have a kit

for a tornado you want to be away from windows especially. If there are any in your basement try and avoid them.
I would say go under the stairs. A pool table could be moved by the wind, thus exposing you.

do you have a bathroom in the basement?. okay take a radio and some canned food, your pets and family go into the bathroom and sit in the tub. its the safest part of your house. if you can if you have enuff time unplug everything in your house. turn the power off if you can but becareful with that. do you have a EM kit. if not take a flashlight also some extra batteries for your radio. yu shuld of had a kit ready for this
