Rahm has to testify at the Blago trial, and he is trying to decide whether he should just ask for political asylum in Israel to stay out of the slammer. A ballerina would not fare well in an American prison.

IF Rahm misses the time in court where he is to be questioned by both parties an arrest warrent needs to be issued and carried out upon his return to the US.
Violating a court order is still a crime even if you're Obamas left hand man.
