Virus' on computer, Norton can't get rid of?

So for the past week or so, my computer has been infected with a virus(s) and I get cant rid of it. Norton keeps telling me its blocking stuff, and it scanned and found a few virus' and it got rid of it. I got BSOD yesterday so I decided to try scanning with an online scanner called F Secure, it said it found 11 problems, which were 5 tracking cookies and 1 spyware and 5 virus' it could get rid of them bar the 5 virus' as follows:

* C:\WINDOWS\Temp\Tpp.exe (Not cleaned)

Suspicious:W32/Malware!Gemini (virus)

* C:\Program Files\WinRAR\Zip.SFX (Not cleaned & Submitted)

Can anyone help what I can do to fix this please?
