i love red lipstick, but..?

ok, so, i LOVE red lipstick. usually im all about the eyes, makeup-wise, but i was given a tube of this gorgeous, bright red lipstick which im absolutely in love with. generally im a pale-skin-black-liner-messy-hair kinda girl, but today i tried it again (no eye makeup) and i think it looks awesome. the problem is, im pakistani, and i moved to lahore recently, and its a really closed society - very judgemental. and i don't have the balls (figuratively. im a girl, not a dude in drag) to wear it out in public, even though i know it looks good - (i have light brown/olive skin, which is oddly enough very pale) - because people will automatically class me as like, a prostitute. or something. and while i really dont care for peoples opinions most of the time (ive been expelled, dyed my hair purple, im openly bisexual) i just want to wear it out and like, look good and be complimented without being judged. for once. so my question is, when would be an appropriate occasion for wearing it?

- also im really insecure and tend to dress down, a lot, im afraid of people making fun of me. its ok if im different and everything, but i dont like coming off like i try too hard.

Firstly, you shouldn’t care AT ALL of what people think of you. It’s your life and the way you wear your make-up and dress reflects you as a person. You should dress the way you want to without worrying about what people think of you. At the end of the day, they are nobodies, and they only make fun out of you because you have something that they do not have. You shouldn’t let people know that they have a influence over you, don’t let them win. Love the person that you are and do what you want, because you only live once. 

 Right, red lipstick. A bit too much for everyday wear, but you can wear it when you go out in the evening/night to give you that “classically emo” look.  I don’t think red lipstick makes you look as if you’re trying too hard. A lot of girls go out wearing bright lipstick, trust me I have seen it all. Dressing up and looking good doesn’t mean you’re going over the top, it only shows that you’re confident, lively and that you are happy being the person you are and are not afraid to flaunt it. Embrace yourself, and forget what other people think.

If u KNOW it looks good then girl go for it!!! Anyone that says other wise is possibly jealous cause they are afraid to try it. With respect to your culture of course. Also it is true red lipstick can be a bit much for everyday wear depending on the shade.

I agree with everyone else :)
Who cares what people think? at the end of the day there will always be people who are going to judge you, Red lipstick or no red lipstick, there will always be people in this world who try to put you down because you dont fit their views.
aslong as you like it :) go for it! :) to be honest whenever I think of red lipstick I think Glamour, such as the vintage girls :) I know alot of "pin up" styled girls still wear the red :) such as Katy Perry, Dita von tease :)
Lifes to short to care about other peoples opinions :) If you like it and its what you want to wear then do it :) forget all the other people, atleast your controlling your own life instead of hiding away being scared of being branded something! :)

at the start, it wont conflict badly. Your nails are organic hues so as that they experience something. 2d, i'm seeing numerous dark coral hues on lips. you are able to attempt a lighter tone of crimson for spring like corals and lighter colorings of crimson with a tinge of orange.
