What is the psychological term for someone who is a complete contradiction to themselves?
This is the type of person who has little to know feelings for anyone outside their small social circle and trusts others very little. They are prone to change their mannerisms, based on ideology learned or picked up behaviors from others.
They make statements, that describe themselves, but it is more in blame of others, they are narcissistic as well as humble depending on social situations. They try to blend in to gear themselves toward attention, but they also separate themselves from larger groups.
What type of individual is this in psychological terms?
One of the terms I've heard for this type is Dissociation, which in this case I'm not sure this is the only definition describing the examples
I've also heard from fellow examination that this could be misconstruded as a form of Autism. Espically the lack of social tendencies, and the cumpulsive lying, as well as areas of ashbergers cover grounds on symptoms of seclusion and lack of emotion. Both have varying degrees of diagnosis

Not everyone can be categorised under a psychological lable, however there is such a thing as narcissistic personality disorder and antisocial personality disorder.
It might be more appropriate however to look at it from a personality trait perspective. Check out Cattell's Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire. It scores people on 16 different factors that characterise personality:

According to Cattell, this person would probably score low on the warmth factor:
"The tendency to move toward others seeking closeness and connection because of genuine feelings of caring, sympathy, and concern (versus the tendency to be reserved and detached, and thus be independent and unemotional).";
...and the affiliative factor:
"The tendency to seek companionship and enjoy belonging to and functioning in a group (inclusive, cooperative, good follower, willing to compromise). Low-scorers tend to be more individualistic and self-reliant and to value their autonomy."
