id have to say just talk to her, its not that hard, especially if she is a flirt.

Women don't generally flirt unless that are somewhat interested. Why not just flirt back a bit? If she still seems interested, ask her out, that is probably what she is hinting at.
(For what its worth, I never bother flirting with someone that I'm not at all interested in).

approach her the way you would have approached a girl your age. women love it when a guy says that she looks younger than she is. i'm sure that she will be flattered that a younger guy is into her. just dont come off as immature, she probably is mature herself since she is older, and has kids.
Try telling her she seems to be a great mother, that she looks younger than she is etc
