Where can I send my Gulf oil spill solution?

This is the link to a 1 page solution to stop the Gulf oil leak:

http://net-comber.com/bp-plug.html

This does not address the problem of how to deal with the oil already spilled.

Please send this link to oil companies / friends / relatives etc.

Give me links to send this link to, please.

Thank you in advance.

Update:

PLEASE SEND LINKS.

I'm not interested in whether you think the idea will work or not.

Please let the oil companies decide on what they might be able to do with the idea - if anything.

    I'm sorry, but some math and physics will quickly demonstrate that your design won't work. Water pressure at depth is immaterial to this calculation.

    The stated pressure at which the well is exhausting its contents is 10,000 psi, which in SI units comes to almost exactly 68 MPa (68 million pascal).

    Analysis of your diagram and explanation shows that there would be approximately 400 square foot of horizontal area, which is roughly 37.2 meters.

    The normal force, or "weight" of your dome, converting in to SI units from 737 total short tons is 668,595 kilograms, then accepting normal Earth gravity as 9.81 m/s^2:

    W = (668,595 kg) * (9.81 m/s^2)

    W = 6,558,917 N

    Now, given the known pressure and area, we can calculate the force acting upon your dome from the well, which would be:

    F = P * A

    F = (68,000,000 Pa) * (37.2 m^2)

    F = 2,529,600,000 N

    Net force = F - W

    Fn = (2,529,600,000 N) - (6,558,917 N)

    Fn = 2,523,041,083 N

    Oil reservoir wins, your cap eventually gets blown off once it's full. It has to, it's you versus the mass of the Earth. The dome that they tried to put over it wasn't to cap it, it was just to contain it in a manner that it would no longer randomly spread. It's a semi-interesting idea, but obviously it would never work.

    Rather than continue to make endless proposals of fabrications made to CONTAIN the leak... why are we not looking to attack it? Drill more holes around the uncontrolled area and with a professional technique and cautious safe-guarding... we make sure the oil we do extract from that same oil reserve is being sucked out at a rate that can at least lower the pressure of what the current spill is leaking out. Easily said than done, I know... and while that may be a gamble some people are not willing to take.. I actually think the house odds are on us if we do decide to do something similar to that rather than 'capping' this uncappable surge. The oil wants to come out.. why not give it an easier way of coming out... by sucking it out into our gas tanks instead of our fish tank .

    If it was me I would shoot a spearhead that has an inflatable device attached. spearhead should be an electromagnet and be able to open like how a toggle bolt opens. While this is in place you should be able to place a bell reducer connected to a line to suck up the oil for when it gives, if it does not give then cut power to the spearhead so it can retract. The lead to the spearhead should be ran through the bell reducer and pipeline.
