IPod Touch colors inverted?!?

I grabbed my ipod touch today and noticed that somehow the colors have been completely inverted. I looked at various websites that said there would be a "white on black" option in the settings/general/accessibility menu, but that menu doesn't exist on my ipod. I'm reluctant to reset it to factory settings, so does anyone know what I did and how to fix it (without resetting)?

That's crazy. It just changed back, and I wasn't touching it.....

    your screen is the problem, my friend had the same problem it randomly changes back and forth but its just going to get worse, he eventually had to get a new screen you can get a new screen on ebay for about $15. hope this helps
