does a joint account determine child suopport?
i have a custody and support order, but now im trying to modify for more time. I have a joint account with my fiancee. Will her income determine the amount of support i have to pay?

Child support would be zero if the woman is your fiancee. Child support/custody arrangements are made for those couples which have broken up . . . not for those which are together. If she is not a current fiancee then you want your name off a joint account before she ruins your credit. Seems as if you would have plenty of time with the child if the woman is your 'fiancee'.

No. Child support is based on YOUR income and has nothing to do with bank accounts. They would have wanted to see your tax documents to verify your income at the time the support order was drawn up.
