It is deliberate. The earths cycle has become involved with our holiday weekends and has a volcanic eruption then decides to set up rain clouds and cold winds.. Just to spoil our fun.

could it be something to do with the volcanic eruption? But I think you have to go back as far as 1996 before we had a decent summer. Fingers crossed for August surely we'll be basking in a heatwave then!!!!
