our cat going potty outside and his area attracts flys, any ideas on how to stop it with outpoisoningg my girls cat?

Do what most pet owners do - pick up the cats poop and put it in the garbage.

Are your sure it is from your girls cat? Cats usually will cover. The deposits I find in my yard are not from cats; cats cover, and the deposits are much too large for a cat. They come the courtesy of irresponsible dog owners that let their dogs run at large, usually at night.
But if it is from your girls cat, you do what dog owners are supposed to do. You scoop it up.
