how can I make a cd for windows xp, microsoft is not worried about the little man. I have bought three computers with windows, everyone knows how to advise but no results.
My installation cd is corupted, will not load all the major files. I have a product key for each computer, each has a serial number, whats the big deal with micromoney?

What do you mean "make a cd for windows xp"? Do you mean make an installation CD? You can't do that - legally - without a valid serial number. And since a CD comes with the valid serial number, there is no reason to make an installation CD.
