I feel similarly to you - I'm bored of England and want to visit Germany to improve with the language. So there are always people who would want what you have!

Your English is very natural and colloquial; I can tell you've worked hard on it. The best way now is immersion - try to read books in English, listen to music in English and speak to people in the language as much as possible. As for the states, it'll be more fun to find out everything yourself. Oh, and don't drive on the left.

    Have fun!

There's nothing unfortunate about being from Germany. Your English is quite good overall (much better than my German!). Here is what you wrote with some possible corrections (disregarding slang like "wanna" and multiple question marks, which are fine for informal situations):

Oh, and enjoy your stay in the USA!

Your English looks fine. When you get to the US, you will probably make some friends that will teach you a little more casual way of speaking than is typically taught in schools in Europe. But your English looks fine. Have a great time in the USA!

You are great at english! And, Germany is awesome! Don't be ashamed about living there!

First off, you do not have to ask for ice when you order a soda at a restaurant unless you get a canned soda, then ask for a glass of ice. Also, when you ask for water, you don't get mineral water, you get tap water. That was all I could come up with at the moment.

I don't think you need to worry about anything,

    your English seems really good.

You should try to learn some slang words,

they're used quite often and you don't want to get confused if someone uses it.

    :D
